巴尼斯纽约精品店打造时尚统一视觉化

       巴尼斯纽约精品店 (Barneys New York) 是一家世界著名的高档百货连锁店,总部位于美国纽约,旗舰店坐落在纽约第五大道。

       巴尼斯纽约精品店 (Barneys New York) 由巴尼·普莱斯曼 (Barney Pressman) 先生创建于1923年,主要提供打折服装。随着巴尼·普莱斯曼 (Barney Pressman) 的儿子弗莱德·普莱斯曼 (Fred Pressman) 推出了阿玛尼 (Armani) 等意大利设计师的服装,该公司升级为提供高档商品的连锁店。但由于Fred的儿子们在日本零售商伊势丹 (Isetan) 的支持下实施了过于野心勃勃的扩张计划,公司在1996年申请破产,并将股份出售给琼斯服饰 (Jones Apparel) 集团。普莱斯曼家族也失去了对巴尼斯纽约精品店 (Barneys New York) 的控制。

       巴尼斯纽约精品店 (Barneys New York) 被琼斯服饰 (Jones Apparel) 集团称为奢侈品店业务 (Luxury stores),以男女服装、服饰品及鞋子为主力商品,其它还有家居、文具、童装等,许多商品是巴尼斯纽约精品店 (Barneys New York) 的设计师设计的自有品牌商品,此外,还有诸多欧美日等地的著名设计师品牌作品,例如阿玛尼 (Armani) 、普拉达 (Prada) 、范思哲 (Versace) 、吉尔·桑达 (Jil Sander) 、罗达特 (Rodarte)、宝缇嘉 (Bottega Veneta) 、伊夫圣罗兰 (YSL) 等顶级品牌,大约70%的商品是从意大利直接进口。

       除商品之外,巴尼斯纽约精品店 (Barneys New York) 店内装饰也独具匠心——坚持用自然光照明;橱窗设计更是另类、独特,每年的橱窗设计都有一个主题,在主题之下推出若干系列,例如2003年的主题是“性与城市”、2000年的主题是“生活在80年代”、1999年的主题则为“神秘的谈话”等等。

       近日,巴尼斯纽约精品店重新整修其店铺,目的是为了使旗下店铺形成时尚统一视觉化。这一改造已在洛杉矶以及纽约的精品店顺利竣工。在新的统一‎Barneys店里,你可以感受到温暖的照明,不锈钢饰面,水磨石地板,和无限魅力的珠宝世界。

 

As reported, Barneys New York shuttered its contemporary Co-op shop-in-shops to reopen them under one unanimous name in a sleeker setting. This renovation has just been completed at boutiques in L.A. (the Grove) and NYC (Upper West Side), with Brooklyn coming later this year. Essentially the once stand-alone Co-ops are now mini Barneys.
Here's what you can expect at the new unified‎ Barneys stores: warmer lighting, mirrored stainless steel finishes, Terrazzo tile flooring, upholstered fabric

walls in the shoe department, and a giant jewelry island (which means more Jennifer Myer and Aurélie Bidermann gems).

There are also more designer pieces to buy. Look out for XO ("exclusively ours") products from Rag & Bone (currently outfitting the mannequins),Smythson bags, and Pierre Hardy shoes. You can also buy high-end labels previously not offered in the Co-ops, such as Alaïa and Stella McCartney clothing,Balenciaga shoes, and Chloé bags.

The digitally interactive stores also offer iPads displayed on stands, so you can browse Barneys.com or it's editorial site, The Window, while you wait for

your girlfriend (or boyfriend!) to try on threads. Flat screens will roll videos, such as interviews with the Proenza Schouler designers, who recently collaborated with the specialty store.
"These stores showcase a curated Barneys New York edit that reflects the lifestyle of our customer, Daniella Vitale, the chief operating officer and

senior executive vice president, told ELLE.com. "The consumer wants a mix of brands and price points. This is the way they shop and these new concept

stores allow us to do that."
