Botin Foundation的创意办公基地

       波坦基金会近来在西班牙马德里由建筑师Gonzalo Aguado选择了一处建于1920年的厂房建筑作为新的办公室。根据这座建筑的特性，建筑师试图在新办公空间的设计中保持原始工业特征，与原建筑的精神哲学保持一致——为发展创新提供动力。新的原则目标是将近来已经隐入黑暗中的空间重新给予自然光线，不仅是侧窗与天窗的重新开放，还包括了对原有结构的转变，将某些部分变为二层通高的主大厅，直射的阳光与自然植被映衬着这个公共空间的个性。项目的目标是通过暴露全部砖石与旧的钢结构，将这座建筑历史上所有的变化过程都揭示出来。作为对比，本次新增的材料主要为橡木、钢和玻璃。地面层模数化而具有弹性的开放空间将作为公共活动空间使用，两个活动的隔断一个透明一个不透明，可以滑至四个不同的位置，可以根据各种活动的需要简单的形成多种空间。地板与天花板中自然木质材料的使用给予办公空间温暖的氛围。

       Madrid-based architecture practice MVN Arquitectos turned a 1920 industrial building into stunning offices for the Botin Foundation, whose misson is to detect and promote creative talents and explore new ways to generate wealth on all levels. “The main objective of the architectural concept is the use of natural light, infilled windows and skylights have been reopened. The internal structure has been modelled to create a large atrium for the main lobby, where light and natural vegetation combine to create a meeting place”.
